My New Favorite Salad
Mesculun Greens
plus Thinly-Sliced Fennel
topped with Mandarin and/or Satsuma slices
and tossed with Balsamic Vinagrette and Olive Oil.
Toss tip: put all your salad ingredients in a large tupperware, cap and shake furiously. This is the most effective way to evenly coat all the pieces with dressing.
