The main active ingredient is zinc, which is crucial. Most sunblock products containing zinc turn purple on your skin. Not this one. It goes on super smoove and dispenses in air-tight packaging, to keep the ingredients of oxidizing and therefore, decreasing in effectiveness. Thick, creamy, fat-free and sugar-free.

For regular yogurt, I’m a big fan of Trader Joe’s Organic Plain. Stay away from flavored yogurts, they generally have a ton of sugar.
